Bobbi grew up on a horse farm in Wisconsin, but didn’t realize her potential career path until she got a part-time job as a receptionist at an animal hospital. From that moment on, Bobbi knew veterinary medicine was the profession for her, and after almost 30 years, she wouldn’t change a thing. Having the ability to help people and their pets is immensely rewarding. To date, Bobbi has worked as a CVT, a supervisor, a manager, and instructor. She also spent about 7 years as an oncology tech. Her favorite things about working at VHA are the people, and the quality of medicine they deliver.
Bobbi’s four-legged family members include Johnny Cash, a Boxer/Terrier mix; Stella, a Sheltie; and Baby Kitty and Whitney, both cats. In her free time, Bobbi loves kayaking, rollercoasters, spending time on the beach, and collecting ornaments. She also hopes to get better at growing and caring for plants (instead of being an expert at killing them!).
